At the start of the show I discuss more serious issues than normal but explain why. I delve into insidious and sneaky ways in which generational trauma gets marginalized, victim blaming occurs as well as ways that bullying gets normalized. Topics which unfortunately are still relevant today. My hope is to inspire people to gently examine how this happens in society today and to at the very least not contribute to perpetuating marginalizing generational trauma and victim blaming. It can get in, in very sneaky ways.
As the saying goes, “before you speak, is it true?” I hope this broadcast inspires healthy food for thought.
